Community Corrections Office Support
This position provides administrative support to probation officers and department staff. Duties of the position include: answering incoming phone calls; distributing incoming faxes; processing mail; document scanning; filing forms; general office supply maintenance; preparing cover letters and correspondence; assisting with formatting annual reports and other documents. Responsibilities may also include creating unique, complex documents and correspondence, reviewing, correcting maintaining and coordinating the collection and maintenance of related files.
This position requires moderate to high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Abode Pro, and Excel. Also required is the ability to read and interpret legal documents along with strong written and oral communication skills.
This position is classified as a B21 with a starting wage of $20.14/hr.

Position: HCBS Case Manager/Care Coordinator
Unit: Home and Community Based Services
Primary job duties are care coordination for Blue Cross MSC+ and MSHO Products. In addition, Alternative Care and Elderly Waiver Case Management and Relocation Service Coordination for nursing home residents.
Preference for selection will be given to a person with the professional credentials and/or work experience that meets the education and work experience requirements in accordance with Mn. Statute 256B.0911, Subd. 2b. (b).
Candidates must be on the Minnesota Merit System Register for Social Work. Public Health Certification will receive first consideration, but not necessary for this position. Other case management duties may be assigned based on the needs of the agency.
Candidates for this position must also be proficient in the use of electronic equipment and related software as MnCHOICES is an electronic assessment. In addition, this position requires excellent organizational skills and accuracy/timely completion of paperwork.
Must be Merit System eligible as a social worker.
