Did You Know?
- We accept walk-in appointments and online appointments.
- A portion of your renewal stays in Kandiyohi County if you renew at your local License Bureau!
- We have a drop box for renewals.
- If you have a 7-year plate replacement, we will contact you to pick up your plates as those will not be mailed out.
- You have 10 days to transfer a motor vehicle.
- You have 30 days to change your address or name on your driver’s license.
- You have 60 days after moving to the state to obtain a Minnesota driver’s license and Minnesota license plates.
